The Gennuso Fund is offered through the Fresno CCSPCA only to Fresno County Low Income residents. Residents must be on a government-assistance program such as Medicare/Medical, SSI, Disability, etc. to qualify for FREE Spaying and Neutering.
  Link   HOPE Animal Foundation - LOW COST (Dogs/Cats)
HOPE provides low cost spay/neuter services to all cat/dog owners regardless of income. Feral (Unhandleable) Cats - $20, Male cats - $35, Female cats - $45, Male dogs - $55, Female dogs - $65. Also offers Vaccines, Heartworm or Combo testing.
