The Center is an 18,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that serves the entire six-county Central Valley region as a no-kill adoption center for dogs and cats. It offers spacious rooms with inside/outside runs to allow animals to roam freely, as well as an education center, low-cost spay/neuter/vaccination clinic and exercise/training yards.

Donate a Bed

Waiting to find a forever home is a long and lonely road for a homeless pup. That is why we strive to provide the animals at the Valley Animal Center with every possible comfort. However, we need your help to give our canine companions in our new Dog Adoption Center the best possible care.

To make their stay with us even more comfortable, we are asking the community to step up and donate a Kuranda bed to a homeless pet. These dog beds are specially designed for shelters, allowing them to be steam-cleaned and quickly dried on a daily basis, providing our dogs a comfortable and sanitary resting place while they wait to be adopted. If you are in need of a unique gift, you can donate the bed in honor of a loved one - and they'll receive a personalized acknowledgement of your gift in their name.
